Shortly before learning of hermultiple Grammy nominations last night, Tamar Braxton caught up with our pals over at ‘Hip Hollywood’ at the Tree Lighting Celebration at Universal CityWalk!

There, just days removed from dominating the 2013 ‘Soul Train Awards‘, the entertainer spoke to the outlet on the passing of Nelson Mandela, explaining why the world should celebrate his life and not mourn his death.

Wise words from the winning woman below…

Huh…another example of a gold digging mupp…I mean woman sleeping with a man for fame and fortune.. Poor Vince, if only he had better self esteem and realized this.. He even bought her Grammy nodsAFTER purchasing over 80,000 copies of that mess album…

@Moly from the face, hair, album and award purchases, I pray Vince gets his esteem back soon, before it’s too late. Janice the muppet…I mean Tamar will have him in the shelters of LA jiggling a bucket for quarters…

LOL yall some bitter Hatin hoodrats. @Enough onika Yeah Tamar was nominated for her grammys Get over it. nobody buys grammy nominations. you sound dumb as f***. and some of yall actually thought the Grammys was gon nominate Ciara, K Michelle and Kelly Rowland. LMFAO. Even more hilarious. they not even on the Grammys level. The Grammys usually love Ballads and good vocal performance. thats why Love and war was nominated, because its a grammy type of song. Just look at the past winners and nominees over the years. Aretha Franklin, Whitney houston, Mariah Carey, Toni Braxton, Alicia Keys, Anita Baker, and Beyonce. Ciara and Kelly aint even on their level, at least tamar comes close in vocal talent, despite her recent dissapointing performances and vocal setbacks. Also Ciara cannot sing. I dont care what nobody say. the only grammy she ever one is for a damn music video. as for K Michelle, They aint looking for no Ratchet/hood music so im not surprised at all.

@Annoymous I stopped laughing and reading after “good vocals.” Tamar’s stank attitude is the reason she gets dragged so I could care less about anything else.
