Yas!!! She betta show up and slay the STAGE!!! Kiii I seem to recall people saying BET never nominate White folks, but I see Adele got a nomination! ?☕

    • Adelephant (previously HYDROQINONE) May 20, 2016

let’s limit our expectations here, she most likely wouldn’t be attending she hadn’t in years and she gets nominated everytime that’s why she’s the most nominated person and also most awarded but Nicki will show up so shell win for feeling myself for sure and Rihanna might not show but drake might show up and he’ll win for the rihanna work collaborations and female artist between Beyonce and Rihanna maybe it will go to another girl

      • Rory May 20, 2016

“Feelin Myself” is not beating “Work”

    • Pat May 20, 2016

Well for bey to be so pro black right now but skip the bet awards for mainstream ones may look hypocritical, so she may show

  2. ???????Chile, take this “Itty Bitty Piggy” to the market and make sure you hold her hand while crossing the street!??????? May 20, 2016

I expect Bey and Rih to not show up for obvious reasons, especially for what 106 did to Bey. Anyway, glad that cute muffin Tiller got 4 nominations, but how come Torey Lanez didn’t get any, although he was truly autotuned up on that single?

    • Jay May 20, 2016

Torey lanez best new artist he got a nom

  3. yiorgos May 20, 2016

    Not a little bit>>> Formation… FACTS!!!!!!!!!

  4. Abel Minaj (Arianator Barb) May 20, 2016

    Nicki got competition… SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • HailTanny aka the real LadyBoy Is really AnnaLeslie The smelly cu#t May 20, 2016

Are you even in America legally? But are you even BLACK? So why do you care about the BLACK Entertainment Television awards go listen to granny Gloria Estefan and J-No and leave hip hop and black music to the brothers and sisters but you can have Theifyonce she’s now white ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Tory Lanez should’ve been recognized. As a matter of fact there should be a Best International Act Canada category considering we’ve been killing it lately with The Weeknd, Tory Lanez, Drake, Alessia Cara, etc. Ah well.

Finally the female hip-hop category is competitive. Both Nicki’s DITDM Remix and Missy’s WTF singles hit gold and made moves on Billboard. Remy Ma and Dej Loaf trails behind. Kim has rebuilt buzz since she popped up in that iconic Hard Core pose at last year’s show during the Bad Boy tribute. I predict Missy winning as she brought killer dance moves in that video, something the game hasn’t seen in a long, long time. It was innovative and so Missy plus the song’s a bop.

  6. BAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM May 20, 2016

Beyonce won’t be on tour that date, so I hope she comes & collect whatever award she wins.

  7. Thando May 20, 2016

Beyonce won’t go, she has a show in England 2 days after the ceremony.

  8. Weezy Tha Goat/Zayn Is ? May 20, 2016

The BET awards has been better then the VMA’s for the past couple of years. Hope they can get Drake and even Beyoncé to come thru for a performance.

  9. kii May 20, 2016

Beyonce and Adele Won’t win they just using their names for ratings as per usual

  10. Adelephant (previously HYDROQINONE) May 20, 2016

I don’t think Beyonce will be attending and they stopped given her Bet awards cos she doesn’t show up… although she remains the most awarded and nominated

    • BEYSTAN_ SINCE 1997 May 20, 2016

Lies Beyoncé has awards every year she has been nominated regardless if she attends or not. She didn’t attend in 2014 (she won Best R&B, Video Of The Year, and Best collaboration for DRUNK IN LOVE) 2015 7/11 won Video of The Year and Best Director.

  11. Adelephant (previously HYDROQINONE) May 20, 2016

Billboard Awards is this weekend she has no tour date on Sunday so hope she makes a surprise appearance ,even as I say this I know she’s so pretty and wouldn’t even show up, she’s going all Micheal Jackson and Prince on Us (not doing interviews and award shows except Grammy awards) she’s still too young to go that route she’s lucky the media love to keep her name alive Eg Ellen made a segment on lemonade although Bey didn’t Show up and all the various tonight shows Snl etc either than that new audience will be difficult for her in the next few years and new audience is crucial….

    • BEYSTAN_ SINCE 1997 May 20, 2016

Bey is a 20 year veterain! She is no new by to the game like Ariana Grande. Bey has done the endless promo, every talk show, every major magazine, every radio station back in her DC days and with her 4 solo albums . At this point Bey has figured how to use her social media platform to get her news out and control her public content. She don’t need Ellen or late night television. Her fan base is set!

  12. Anti-garbage singing voices May 20, 2016

F..k the rest. BEYONCE ALL DAY.

  13. Adelephant (previously HYDROQINONE) May 20, 2016

I wish Bey will just loosing up more, Do the traditional promo, grant tv interviews bcos she’s really sweet during TV interviews win more hearts, broaden her fan base, this new album can sell 5 times more better than it already is although it’s doing fine so far… Bey you ain’t 50 yet to relax so much, u can achieve so much more, I know she’s not trying to get a number one cos she’s thrown that opportunity away twice this yr, Justin Timberlake hadn’t had a number one in 9 yrs and he just got one, formation would have gone number one if she released immediately after Super Bowl with Vevo video and everything,it definitely would have, cos as free as it was been officially released 3 months later it still went to top 10 and has sold over 370,000 digital copies so far

    • Coolness May 20, 2016

I would love that too. Even though many feel public speaking isn’t her strong suit, she’s a sweet girl always came across well during televised interviews. I think the media’s intrusion into her marriage after 2014’s ‘elevator-gate’ caused her to shy away from taking the traditional route in promotion because there’s no way she won’t be pestered about that incident. So now, she prefers to somewhat control what the media says about her by granting minimal print interviews and sending her own videos to networks as opposed to sitting in.

  14. HailBeysus May 20, 2016

DEATH!!! Not the country music community eating up Daddy Lessons!!!! Kiii could Bey seriously be getting a nomination for a CMA???? THE SLAYAGE THIS ERA!!!! ???
    .
The song could even qualify for CMA’s song of the year or single of the year awards if it charts in the top 50 of a Billboard country singles chart by the end of June, which it hasn’t yet. And there’s no requirement for being known as a country artist for Beyonce to be nominated for female vocalist of the year.
    .
“Beyonce is an artist that you wouldn’t normally associate with country radio. And like a lot of new artists, I think it would take a lot of listeners a second to say, ‘OK, I get this,” Bones said. “I think it could be a No. 1 hit for Beyonce, if there is some time and effort put into it.”

  15. HailTanny aka the real LadyBoy Is really AnnaLeslie The smelly cu#t May 20, 2016

    Theifyonce ain’t even black anymore.

  16. Theman May 20, 2016

    Same noms over & over….

  17. Lake Erie May 20, 2016

I love the BET awards but they should have windows within a certain time frame to qualify for an award. So many artist have come out with good music since last time the BET awards were on. A lot of what’s being recognized this year for the nominees just came out. If they have windows like the Grammy’s, every artist that has came out within that time frame can go up against those artist. Anything after that would have to of course wait until next term (next year). That’s why the Grammy’s will “somewhat” always have 1 up on them. And other awards shows probably because they follow that formula or to a certain extent. Not based on popularity or WHOSE HOT at the time. That’s another reason why people say the same Ole people get nominated. Some of those people nominated came out with albums almost 2 years ago or less than 6 months ago. That makes no sense.. that’s probably why some artist hardly show anymore. You can’t take the BET awards completely serious for that.

    • Hmm… $17.99>>>>$0.00 May 20, 2016

Okay, I thought it was just me seeing all of these old songs. That’s stupid. The BET awards have actually been entertaining for me these past couple of years, but their process for giving nominations is as if they’re throwing every popular song/artist they could possible think of in a hat and picking out five.

      • Lake Erie May 20, 2016

        Exactly lol! I agree.

  18. No favs, just here for the music May 20, 2016

My King and Queens. Gotta love em

  19. Just being honest May 20, 2016

I would love to see Bey grace the stage, but they messed up with that 106 and Park incident. You never know though.

    • Lmfao_Hoe May 20, 2016

Girl forget that, Bey has been too PRO-BLACK this year to let that go. She better get her ass on that stage and grace us with another Formation, Hold Up, and Sorry performance cause you know all the ladies in audience gonna literally be in formation and rocking with her lol.

      • Just being honest May 20, 2016

Lol true, but I just can’t see her doing that considering what happened. I hope so though.

  20. Sherrele May 20, 2016

    Congrats B!!!!!

  21. Cinnamon Girl May 20, 2016

Can’t wait to participate. Went last year. Lots of gangbangers there

    • Jackson 5 Nostrils (Tyler) May 20, 2016

      Stop f****** lying!
Ive been to the full dress rehearsal for the past 3 years and there were never any gangbangers. They are so tight on security that you can’t even get cell phones in. So I know that the actual show is taken even more seriously

      • HailBeysus May 20, 2016

        DEATH!!! CLOCKED!!!

      • Annalise May 20, 2016

KIIIII! How did I miss this dragging hunty?! I am getting my second-hand LYFEEEE!

  22. Music all the way May 20, 2016

    Yeeeeesss @black coffee….
I doubt beyonce will show-up and I dont blame her at all?i mean this people came for her baby girl and that aint cool… But she has a show two days after bet so um not expecting her at all,

    • Just being honest May 20, 2016

      Exactly.

  23. Queen Ci May 20, 2016

These nominations are laughable at best.

  24. Queen Ci May 20, 2016

Just hand Nicki Minaj the Best Female hip-hop award…or better yet name it after her. #yawn

    • Lmfao_Hoe May 20, 2016

Missy deserve it more tho, WTF did more than her singles and features combine. Along with Remy getting ready play with Fat Joe.

  25. Queen Ci May 20, 2016

“Dance Like We’re Making Love” should have been nominated for video and Ciara should have replaced Adele and K. Michelle for Best Female R&B/Pop award. This is a joke.

    • Ayyseify May 20, 2016

Now THAT was a joke lol

  26. Queen Ci May 20, 2016

Janet didn’t get nominated for the Unbreakable album’s success and “No Sleep”…as if K. Michelle’s loose pvssy anthems were better. SMDH

    • Lmfao_Hoe May 20, 2016

Ohh my God I just realized that!! where the f*** is Janet nominations ?? Unbreakable was great and she received recognition for scoring another #1 album within 4 decades

  27. I Hate Beyoncé May 20, 2016

These noms are a mess, it’s basically Top 40 galore. I thought the bet awards was for the lesser known artists who don’t get shine on other platforms…but this is a mess…drake, rihanna, adele, and that b1tch beyonce don’t belong.

    • Lake Erie May 20, 2016

Lol its never been for that unfortunately.

  28. RihYonce May 20, 2016

Yes ! Congrats to Drake , Rih & Bey ! They all deserve it. I really hope they all show up. I have a feeling Drake will . Not too sure about Rihanna . Bey could possibly show , a Formation/Hold Up/ Sorry performance would slay but that 106 thing might have messed things up. But you never know. I hope she at least attend and collect her awards . She’s won so many these past 2 years

  29. LB May 20, 2016

Nice, I hope Rihanna performs too. The BET awards has been killing it lately, better than the VMAs.

  30. StopLyinggggz May 21, 2016
