Beyonce Confirms ‘Epic’ New Song

With the entire world still head over heels from her ‘Superbowl 2013′ set, H&M front woman Beyonce ups her branding game today- confirming the release of a new song in aid of her brand new movie ‘Epic’.

Penned and produced by Sia and Hit Boy, ‘Rise Up‘ will feature in the breathtaking new movie and marks the latest song to be released by the entertainer this year, following the births of the fiery ‘Grown Woman‘ and 2013′s song of the Summer, ‘Standing On The Sun‘.

Coming hand in hand with the movie’s May 24th launch date, fans of the entertainer will also be pleased to learn that this week saw her ‘Mrs Carter For H&M’ campaign dominate major cities across the globe- with posters of the icon sporting the brand’s latest range virtually inescapable.

Beyonce’s ’4′ Soars Back To UK Top 30….Two Years After Release

Upon announcing her pregnancy back in the summer of 2011, many would have been right to think Beyonce‘s ’4‘- the album she was pushing at the time- would suffer on a commercial tip as a result.

However, in what cements the entertainer’s position as an album seller, the LP is currently experiencing a global sales rebirth as a result of her ‘Mrs.Carter Show’- pushing the release even nearer to the 3 million units sold worldwide mark.

Inside The Met Gala: Nicki Minaj Poses With Mariah’s Ex-Husband / Madonna Meets Beyonce & Frank Ocean

The fierce fashion at the Met Gala 2013 may have set the net ablaze, however its snaps from inside the event that’ll likely have most talking.

Case, point, Nicki Minaj‘s seemingly innocent photo opp with music mogul and Mariah Carey‘s ex-husband Tommy Mottola. After all, while there’s every chance the Young Money star’s run-in with Mottola could have been coincidental, many will question the timing of the pic given Minaj’s recent Twitter outburst against fellow American Idol judge and ‘#Beautiful’ singer Mimi. Then, of course, there’s Tommy’s recent tell-all book on his time with the multi-octave vocalist. Hmm.

Beyonce, Madonna, Nicki Minaj & More Beam At ‘MET Gala 2013′

Stars from many a field showed up and showed out tonight at the Costume Institute Gala 2013 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The event, which is colloquially known as the ‘Met Gala’, saw a host of Hollywood talent descend into New York City in their finest fabrics for this year’s showcase – which this year boasted a “Punk” theme.

King B, Beyonce, led the pack — dazzling in a Givenchy gown that turned many a head. No signs of jet lag were present on the stage blazer who jetted in from London on a day off from her sold-out Mrs Carter Show World Tour.

Meanwhile, Madonna had folk talking too. Although we’re not sure it was for the same reasons.
