Shortly after announcing her plans to go on maternity leave (as we reported here), hitmaking rapstress Cardi B took sunny Las Vegas to hit the stage at the 2018 Billboard Latin Music Awards (April 26) alongside Latin sensation Ozuna to perform the hit single, ‘La Modelo.’

Ozuna, who also took home “Artist of the Year” honors at the event, joined the audience in awe as the mom-to-be strutted her stuff with her baby bump on full display.

Hopefully the performance will tide fans over until the Grammy-nominee hits the road this Fall in support of her chart-topping debut album, ‘Invasion of Privacy.’  Until then, press “play” below to see the hot mama do her thing:

If Latinos can have the Latin Grammys, Latin Billboards, and Latin Music Awards then black people should have the Black Grammys and Black Billboards in addition to the EBT Awards.

They already do. Are you forgetting the soul train awards and NAACP because they not really watched? Apart from that Africa has its own list of awards shows as well. They have awards shows in the US for Asian, German and so many other communities they are Just not talked about. The main thing for these shows are the views. These award shows are held for the public where you can watch it at home or buy the ticket to see it in person. Many people won’t use their money to go see an award show as much as the top rated or overrated programs. So the shows are there, people just need to watch them so they could be bigger. When you say Black people, you are talking about black people in America not representing the black people all over the world. Latin is universal not just American based.

I am speaking of Black people all over the world. I understand that there is the Soul Train awards (is that even aired on TV still?) and the NAACP Awards. However, there is no award show dedicated to black people all ove the world covering all black music genres like reggae, gospel, African music, R&B, and jazz. The EBT Awards used to have an international award category but never an international performer.

I hear you. Mainly I think if they did, they would see it as another English speaking award show. The fact that it’s another language than English is the reach for its own show. Then again these Latin shows get airs in Spanish channels and not English channels either. But I hear you out girl

Hopefully she shows up to BET Awards to get her Best Rap Female trophy!

The EBT Awards tape in June. Judging by how far along she looks she might be due in June to give birth.

Wow… that whole thing was lip synced lol.. this is real life. Man o man. I like the song and of course love her but there was not one single part of that performance that was live.

She was probably out of breath before she went on stage. Somebody squeezed her in that dress and stuffed her feet in those heels.
