Hip-Hop ‘Video Vixens’ Speak Out

Published: Thursday 6th Dec 2007 by Sam
Check out this pretty interesting video about the ‘video chick’ industry:

Hmm…On the one hand it reinforced the pre-conceptions about that industry, but it also offered a fresh insight as well.

Any thoughts?

This is real interesting, I was thinkin of becoming a video model at first, but now I own my own business. I still would like to see this.

These girls (not women) are sooo sad. Looking for validation and self worth by shaking their asses and being groupies for little boys pretending to be men. I hope this garbage doesn’t air on television (I’m sad that I had to see this myself). These girls (and the boys who exploit them) are a disgrace to our community.

love yourself, grow up and do something positive.

If the video vixen game is so f***** up and so confusing why are they in,i mean really…that last girl’s story bout her sister dying was real though, I felt that. I do want to see the rest of it though…maybe bet might pick it up…
