After a brief hiatus, the Pussycat Dolls are back on the music scene with their blazing new single ‘When I Grow Up’. Produced by Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins, the uptempo song is definitely one for the clubs. Interestingly, it seems that it’s not only Nicole on vocals this go round. Good stuff.The girls are set to perform the song for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live next week Tuesday (May 20th) and at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards on June 1st. Their sophomore effort is set to hit stores in the summer.

At first listen…it’s one of those songs that you’re teetering on or off the edge for. You know, one of those songs that require two or three additional listens to get the full effect. And after listening to it again, Im really feeling it. The group sounds a lot better as well, without Nicole just taking over. They sound much better with ALL the girls singing. Good clubber!

After the 2nd or 3rd listen i was totally hooked, yeah i like it alot, v good for the summer! Can defo see them working it in the video. BTW that pic is ancient, there’s only 5 of them now – the red head Carmit has left.

IDK i expected much more after that long time. That song just doesn’t cut it, but it is cool that Nicole isn’t the only one singing. Maybe because she didn’t do so good in her solo efforts. I wonder how the BEP will do.
