New Song: T-Pain – ‘Silver & Gold’

T-Pain - 'Silver & Gold' With T-Pain set to release his third studio album ‘Thr33 Ringz’ on September 30 (his birthday), the LP’s apparent first single ‘Silver & Gold’ has surfaced. It’s no secret that T-Pain likes to ‘sing’ (for the lack of a better word) about drinks, so it comes as no surprise that this cut is about mixing silver and gold Patron to make a new beverage. It’s typical T-Pain fare – so you’ll either love it or hate it. Can’t say this one does anything for me; still, it’ll probably be a hit. Is this what today’s industry has been reduced to?

Hit or Miss?

I don’t know if I like the fact that he took the whole “silver and gold” thing from a church song. The song goes silver and gold, silver and gold. i’d rather have Jesus than silver and gold. I’m just syaing….

Man y’all need 2 stop hatin on da boi T-Pain! Now dat Kels is going 2 jail (we all kno dat) he’s up next when it comes 2 producer/singer/rappers. He cant really sing but u know he already made some club classics dat still get luv if played in da club 2nite. Hes da reason wayne is using dat auto-tune s*** on every song! Even 50 doing it. chris brown, kanye, da list goes on n on. he wasnt da first 2 use it but he blu it up. n he does have a handful of songs without it.
