R&B star Ciara skipped the Grammy’s this year, opting to perform with Enrique Iglesias at the NFL Pro Bowl Half-Time Show in Honolulu, Hawaii this past Sunday. The pair gave a live rendition of ‘Takin’ Back My Love’, Igelsias’ song which CiCi features on.
About the performance, (it was) not really much of substance IMO. The song itself leaves alot to be desired, one of those things being that Enrique’s voice wasn’t so irritatingly grating. That said, Ciara did her thing; if her vocals were live – she’s definitely come a long way since her earlier live vocal showings.

I LOVE CiCi, but my girl was NOT singing live here…. Enrique actually WAS singing live, trust me, I heard the song a 100 times, and i can tell that her part is identical to the recorded one, and his is not. She does look great tho.

Thank you for saying get off Beyonce. She is not the best in the industry. Cici is a true hard worker never lets her fans get bored. Ciara can sing just fine I have heard her live. Just cause she isn’t powerhouse doesn’t mean she can’t sing. If u notice more people who have different kind of voices are getting sign now a days. She probably has a good reason why she is not singing live. Anybody that is a Ciara fan knows she usually sings live.
Enrique is live, Ciara is not. Enrique sounded awful.
