Sneak Peek: Omarion’s ‘I Get It In’ Video

Published: Thursday 22nd Oct 2009 by Sam

Check out this sneak peek of the video for Omarion’s brand new single ‘I Get It In (ft. Gucci Mane)’, the first single to be lifted from his EMI debut ‘Ollusion’ (due January 12th 2010). In what comes as news to me, Omarion is apparently ‘The King of Dance’, according to this clip. Undeniably talented, I’m definitely thinking it’s a case of (him and his team) ‘speaking it into existence’ and hoping it sticks. Yet the very fact I did a massive ‘WTF’ when seeing that (as I’m sure many others did) means there’s a way to go before ol’ Omari can be claiming such titles. Sensing I’m going a lil off topic (lol), the video doesn’t look bad.

Your thoughts?

Kelly Rowland has been in and out of the studio prepping her first album since parting ways with Columbia Records and Mathew Knowles’ Music World Entertainment earlier this year. One of today’s most sought-after hitmakers, Rico Love, spoke to R*****.com about his involvement with the Destiny’s Child alum’s third solo album.

“I’m actually going to be doing the majority of her record,” reveals the songwriter behind Beyoncé’s “Sweet Dreams” and Mario’s “Thinkin’ About You.” “I did three records for her album so far and she’s touring right now.”

The host of Bravo’s “The Fashion Show” won’t have much downtime during her holiday vacation as there are plans to complete the follow-up to 2007’s Ms. Kelly by January. “I believe we’re going to finish the album over the Christmas break,” says Love, whose latest work includes Leighton Meester’s first single “Somebody to Love” featuring Robin Thicke.

Rowland is reportedly close to finalizing a new deal with EMI Music, home to David Guetta, LeToya Luckett, and Snoop Dogg, but an official announcement has yet to be made. “I believe she’s doing her deal right now. She’s in the process of closing a pretty big deal. I don’t think she’s going to say yet. She’s got the No. 1 song in the world with David Guetta, ‘When Love Takes Over.’”

Her latest gig comes in the form of playing 50 Cent’s love interest in the video for “Baby by Me” off the rapper’s new album Before I Self Destruct.

He’s a mess…if any of these young guys was the “king of dance” we all know it would be Chris Brown

I agree with you Sam he is trying to speak it into existence #FAIL, if Ciara is the top dancing female right now than he would be up there w/her and I don’t see it, I’m goin to give this to C Breezy sorry O I’m goin need you to come out w/a #1 single/top album before you claim such things I need the whole package

Omarion’s “Touch” Video shits on any Chris Brown video when it comes to dancing…Real Talk!

Omarion has been claiming that right before him and bow wow did that whole ‘face off’ thing. I think he was wearing a jacket that said that. Certianly he isn’t the ‘king of dance’ and quite frankly neither is Chris Brown..the only reason why anyone is saying chris brown is better is because at the moment and for some time, Breezy has been relevant…that’s all. Omarion fell off the map for a bit, but it wont take him long to get back on it with his talent. Personally as a dancer myself, Omarion is a better dancer than Chris. Just look at what Chris does with his performances with his dancers and look at what Omarion does with his dancers and performances. Even individually, Chris Brown doesnt make much sense when he dances….thats why Krumping is his s***…thats what he does and hes good at it. But over all…Omarion makes it look better.

^^^^^I totally agree!!! Omarion is a very smooth and put together dancer. All Chris Brown does is Krumping all over the place and it looks sloppy, hell anyone can do that!

Anyway, I can’t wait for Omarion’s new video to drop cuz I know it’s gonna be hot!

I wouldn’t give any of these two the title of king of dance. they are both talented yes, but what have these two really done to change or set any new ground in dancing? they are just simply good at their styles. The two are going to have to introduce the world in two something that is really sets them apart from their influences.

m.j. did that with his career.
