Black Eyed Peas Line Up ‘Imma Be’

Black Eyed Peas - Imma Be

The Black Eyed Peas are looking to continue their immensely successful run with their current LP ‘The E.N.D’ by releasing the record’s 4th official single ‘Imma Be’. {Source}

While the album wasn’t necessarily my cup of tea, ‘Imma Be’ is blazing hot and undeniably had to receive the single treatment at some point in the LP’s shelf life. Killer production, swagger-heavy and more than anything, one of the year’s best club-bangers, they worked it out on this one. More power to BEP!

Hit or Miss?

    I wish they would’ve released “Missing You” as a fourth single, but “Imma be” is very good too though. I hope it does well as rest of the singles.

    Btw. I can’t wait to see the music video. Heard some rumours that Dame Judi Dench is having a part of the video.What a wierd combination.

    Awww, no not Imma Be! I was hoping they’d finish The END project on a high with Meet Me Halfway! As far as I’m concerned, none of the other songs on the album are single material apart from Missing You and that sounds too much like Meet Me Halfway. I gotta feeling (no pun intended) that Imma Be is gonna flop outside the US…

    Yeah I’ve been seeing this on other sites, and Wikipedia for day now… Kinda comes to me personally as a disappointment because I had heard like a month ago from blogs and Wikipedia (which yes I know you cannot trust) that “Missing You” was gonna be the 4th official single. I was kinda pumped because I started to like that single.

    “Imma Be,” was never and still isn’t an album favorite for me. But I do think “Imma Be,” will bring back in some of the Pea’s more Hip Hop influenced fans, so that should be good. I think that it should have been released at the top of the year though, because “Meet Me Halfway,” is still doing well and hasn’t reached its full peak IMO!

    I will still support this as the next single, BUT I wish”Missing You,” would have been released, it to me just continues the Electronic Dance feel that I enjoyed on ‘The E.N.D.’

    As for future singles, the other songs I liked on the album (more than “Imma Be”) were “Alive,” and “Missing You.” I hope “Imma Be” becomes a huge hit for them, so that they release one of those two songs! I can hope. Go Fergie!

    I’m so pumped for the E.N.D Tour! It will mark the first time since 2006 that Fergie, will.i.am, apl de ap, and Taboo reunite. Boom Boom Pow has been stuck in my head for days! Their performance is going to be electrfying. You don’t want to miss this. I won’t be. I’ve already got my ticket to see them in Vegas at the Mandalay Bay. http://bit.ly/7HSb82

    Listen everyone, THEY WON’T RELEASE IMMA BE IN THE UK OR AUSTRALIA, JUST IN THE US! And it won’t flop because it’s a catchy song. They will release Rock That Body in the UK and Australia which is a very smart move because the music they are into in those countries is something like Rock That Body.

    Everyone is saying the album is crap but thats only because they always compare it to the previous albums when you can’t because they have completely different sound.

    I wish they finish with a Bang with songs like Party All The Time or Alive!!!

    And I agree with Dawn, Beyonce is the most overrated artist ever with Swift just behind her.
