While I enjoy both the song, as well as Trey’s album (after giving it another chance), I’m gonna need to see a bit more versatility lyrically from the Atlantic Records artist before I hop aboard the Trey-train. For, thus far, next to all of his songs and their accompanying videos revolve around the same three-letter word.

The album is a great album. He has more than just s** songs, his team knows s** is what fuels these young girls and lol boys to buy his music. It’s all about what sells. For every person that said they tired of hearing S** from his music there is 20 ppl that want to hear it.
I commend him and his team for dropping all those singles and making video’s for it. Not many RnB male artists can do that these days.

R. Kelly Write and produce most of his own songs as well as other artis in the music industry ( Whitney, Micheal Jackson, Britney etc..). Most of R. Kelly hits it not songs based on s** ( e.g. I Believe I Can Fly, Gotham City, If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time, The World’s Greatest).

Yeah, for once, I would have to agree with you. Seems like this song sounds the same as his 2 previous. I still think his Grammy nomination for BEST CONTEMPORARY R&B ALBUM should have went to someone else. He is trying to hard to do what R.Kelly did back in the day, but the difference is R.Kelly had an old school swag about him and the videos were a little more classier, despite how sexed up his lyrics were. The thing is, I know how much potential Trey has, and it is way more than this. I’m choosing to support true R&B talent right now like RDevaughn, because his lyrics actually mean something, like R&B was back in the day before all of us came along.
