Janet is an icon, you can’t compare 150 million records sold, number 1 records, and singles, actress, philathropist, videos, or anything that is her accomplishments to anyone that has only been in the game 10 years or less, that is an insult. And besides that, Janet work ethic is off the charts, and noone in this generation can come close to that. Janet accomplished so much without creating fashion lines, etc. She did it by being an actress, singer, dancer. Case closed.
Like MJ, noone can come close to his accomplishments , so why compare anyone to him, that is an insult, and for the record, MJ said in an interview that he believed Ney-o reminded so that is whom he believed was the closest to him as far as music is concerned.
And Akon is wrong saying that Lady Gaga is the next MJ, is he serious? Stop trying to make people feel good about themselves by giving them titles that don’t deserve. How many records have she sold? What has she accomplished?
