Christina Aguilera will be performing a tribute to Michael Jackson later this week. Alongside Marc Anthony, LL Cool J, Smokey Robinson and James Morrison, the singer will be featured in an hour-long CBS special entitled ‘The King of Pop: One Year Later’. The broadcast will air at 8am ET as part of ‘The Early Show’. Check out what Aguilera had to say about The King of Pop below:

So far the ‘controversial’ music video doesn’t seem to be helping the dated club banger on the charts, but some added promo could give it the boost it needs when she performs the song on Oprah this week and then the American Idol finale on May 26.
