Hot Shot: Alexandra Announced As ‘Sure Women’ Ambassador

Published: Friday 11th Jun 2010 by Sam

There appears to be no stopping Alexandra Burke, who has today been announced as the new ambassador of ‘Sure Women’ deodorant.

The X Factor winner continues to spawn hit after hit, amassing multi-platinum record sales in the process. Now, Burke will front Sure’s new campaign, in what insiders are saying is a very lucrative deal for the 21 year old.

Speaking on her new role, Alex said:

“I’m really excited to be working with Sure Women. It’s my favourite deodorant brand and it’s always been a part of my daily routine. With my demanding schedule, Sure is the only deodorant I can trust to keep me feeling100% fresh and dry all day long.”

More power to her!

    GO ALEX! 😀

So happy she is out still getting promo…however, what’s going on about her U.S. release? JLS have out Everybody In Love serviced to U.S. radio (and up for digital download) for the past few months…- however they don’t have the European success Alex does 😀

Don’t get me wrong, Alex is great! I love her! BUT how can
ThatGrapeJuice be hitting down hard on artists like Christina, Mariah, Beyonce, Britney and
Rihanna and bigging up people like Alex, JLS and Kelly Rowland, who IMO produce great
music but are generally chart flops?

Randomness: Sam, Trent the ‘Lamb’ is NOT good for ThatGrapeJuice. You need to find a blogger who knows what he or she is talking about, rather than
    chatting sh*t.

    @Ndj2010

You are TERRIBLY mistaken, JLS and Alexandra Burke are NOT chart flops… one of the two maybe talentless and cheesy and just god awful but they sell and chart very high in the UK.

Nah not feeling this at all, even with the added photoshop, its just looks bland…

NDJ2010 all respect to you but JLS and Alex are both multi platinum album and single selling artists in the UK.
Alex has charted in most of Europe and has started to promote in Australia and will do in Asia.
Alex has not been launched in the US yet but will later this year.Best of luck to Alex.

  16. maryanne June 11, 2010

this is Great, go Alex, Cant wait for the AD.

  17. Dev June 11, 2010

Robert, what a stupid ass comment, maybe one you should’ve made before she released a single but not really one to be making now she’s already successful.

I’m always happy for Alex as i believe in her talent and even though i’m not a major fan of all her music, she can sing.

I’m also glad she has an endorsement. In the U.K black people don’t seem to do or buy anything so the fact that it shows we buy deodorant i’m happy.

I am so happy for her
