With Kelly Rowland‘s new single ‘Grown Woman’ currently blowing up on Urban radio, the Destiny’s Child alumni is wasting no time with the song’s accompanying video.
During an interview with 100.3 The Beat of Philly radio station yesterday, the Grammy winner revealed that she is set to shoot the video for the Ne-Yo penned/Stargate produced cut next week. When probed further on what folk can expect from the clip, Rowland remained tight-tipped, saying that “these days there is no element of surprise. (Folk) are gonna have to wait and see!” {Source}

It’s great to see that Kelly and her team appear to paying attention to what the masses are feeling; indeed ‘Grown Woman’ is receiving a great response both in the US and across the pond – something which bodes well for it being able to serve as the follow-up to ‘Commander’ in International territories.
In other Kelly news, while doing the radio rounds yesterday, she confirmed that the album will be released “this fall”. She purposefully avoided mentioning the previously reported September 21st date, due to her still recording.

I thought the single would have been out earlier, haven’t heard it in the states yet. Anyway, don’t be surprised if the album gets pushed back, at least over here in the states, there hasn’t been much promo.

Grown ass woman is definetely a hit for me. i am so addicted to this song and cant wait to see how the video will be like. its been on constant play on my ipod, i have played the song for more that 200 times on my ipod. cant wait to lay my hands on kelly rowland’s album-kelly rowland. team kelly let’s get on her level

Ok, now “Grown Woman” is definitely a song I can put on repeat a million times, I LOVE THIS SONG.. That being said, I TRULY hope that they put out a cute and s*** video and cut the theatrics.. Because as much as I loved “Commander”, I wasn’t a fan of the video and the green screen and crap..
Here are some tips:
1. Nix the shiny weave.. Call beyonce and find out where they make the natural looking lace fronts
2. Don’t try acting too much, cause neither you nor most singers can act 🙂
3. Try smiling more! You’re gorgeous, but I CANNOT stand that weird scowl you give the camera nowdays!

Commander is blowing here in Portugal and I went to Spain sunday and I heard the song on the radio 3 times in only 1 day, I hate the song but I’m happy for Kelly
