Video: Diddy-Dirty Money & Rick Ross Rock ‘Lopez Tonight’

Published: Thursday 29th Jul 2010 by Sam

Diddy and Dirty Money served up a rousing performance of their hit ‘Hello, Good Morning’ on ‘Lopez Tonight’ a few hours ago. The trio were joined by rapper Rick Ross, who dropped his verse from the song’s remix.

Check out the performance after the jump…

Say what we will about Diddy, it’s hard to deny that the mogul knows how to serve up a show-stopping performance…and show-stopping that was.

Although, with ‘Hello, Good Morning’ having peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 months ago, surely it’s time they started performing something else, no?

They have to ride this song as it’s the one that’s getting the only one out and it’s the one that’s getting at the performance love. They’ll ride it till they feel they have something that can top it….it’s been like 2/3 months now…..guess thats not a good sign for the rest of the album.

If I’m honest I prefered the vocals on ‘Love come down’ & ‘Angels’ better and Love Come Down is a far better track but the urban community didn’t embrace them until this song and the AI performance. I Still wonder what a live performance of ‘Love Come Down’ would be like or Dawn’s live locals for ‘Angels’ it’s only then the wider public will understand the “point of” Dawn & Kalenna but we’ll probably never get to see that.

-if diddy is going to do the whole chocolate movement, shouldn’t his dancer be chocolate too, but why did some dancers get some shine, that couldve been don and kaleena shine?
-i’m getting tired of this song too…i’m surprised love come down wasn’t a hit, that song and beat was dope.

Yea i def would have liked to see a performance of love come down….it seems like he have the better artist doing the back up….and why is the group now being billed as diddy and dirty money….although i do understand it was originally for diddys next album but if earlier on u claim it was suppose to be a equal group why seperate yourself…

I agree with you guys about Love Come Down. I like Hello Good Morning, but Love Come Down was the better track. I would have loved to have seen a live performance of that song.

Back on topic: That performance was pretty dope.

Loved the performance! Haven’t see a performance tht great since Beyonce’ on the Grammys. My question to Diddy is why don’t he let Dawn & Kalenna sing a verse. Whats the point of them being music artists & being on stage if their not singing?
