This by far has to be the best video of 2010. A great video with an awesome storyline. This better be nominated for Video of the Year at the Grammys. Monica is one of a kind and a true class act. She always stays true to who she is &doesnt sell her self short for publicity of anything but stays true to who she is… #TEAMMONICA
That was a beautiful video. The teens and surprisingly even ones in the early 20s won’t think so because they are so used to seeing women greased up doing blasphemous sexual acts in a church (Rihanna, Christina, Gaga), or in a leotard popping p*ssy in front of the camera (Beyonce, Kelly). This is how videos were in the 90’s, it’s classic. I may not be feeling the song, but I love the fact that Monica is sticking to her roots and making real music instead of hopping on the latest trend just to remain relevant…the desperation i tell ya!. There’s going to be a follow up video, that’s why the ending had a cliff hanger…doesn’t take a rocket scientist. It really doesn’t.
That was nice, better than the “Everything to me” story line, fits the song perfectly!!!!

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a video with a real story behind it. A story that actually grabbed me and made me whisper a tiny “omg”. I absolutely loved this video, already loved the song, but this video is definitely the cherry topping.

By far the best song of 2010…..she is a true R&B artist and I love every minute of this video. For the idiot who said it didn’t make sense you have to be an @ss! Monica looked beautiful and her talent is matched by none. She doesn’t have to sell herself short to get attention! This video had a real story line and made perfect sense!
She should choose the new love…..while yes the old love is something I would normally choose in the situation people change and for Monica I want to see her with something other than THUGS! The video concept was hard to grasp: she made a promise to continue with her life instead of waiting on a former flame; she pursues a new love, but is torn between the two. The concept of the video has nothing to do with the song “Love Me All Over,” which is a celebratory song about rediscovering love. I really enjoy the song, but hate the video. It’s too cinematic for me. However, Monica did appear beautiful as always. 🙂
Oh yeah…video took me back to Mariah’s We Belong Together circa 2005.
I like the song and the video. Also I don’t see anything wrong with the way she dresses, thought she had a great look in the video and I assume she is being herself. She doesn’t have to conform to what others think is appropriate for her age or dress like everyone else.
Proof that you dont need a ton of extra effects to have a great video. This was simple, had a great storyline and ending. Get it Monica!

Wow I wasnt going to comment because Monica obviously shut it down with her soon to be #1 single and video so my validation wasn’t needed. But, for those of you who compare Mo to other artist who dont have the same talent have fun. One of the many reasons Monica has been in game for 15 years is because of her undeniable talent, not her style, not her s** appeal, but her talent. Eventhough it may not seem like, but the people who been in the game for a minute actually have talent … Alicia keys, Usher, Mary J blige,Sade these talented artist put almost 10+ years in the game and are still selling albums and making relevant music. Let’s just hope the same for your favorite artist 15years form now…….
