Alexandra Burke took to the stage on ‘Magic Numbers’ tonight to perform new single ‘Start Without You’. As ever, the X-Factor alum turned in a solid performance!

Granted a backing track was used (not sure why as she’s performed it live many a time) and the song isn’t a favourite of mine, Ms. Burke nailed the performance. From the choreography to the sass to the look to everything, Alexandra showed why she is the best all-round talent to emerge from the UK in years. Work.

amazing performance! she shaked the place with her dance routine.. ofcourse she will need a slight backtrack which wasent even apparent thanks to an worldclass performance. you just compared her to Beyonce which proves what kind of level shes on… Alexandra is on fire!!!

WTF does she have on? It’s cute lingerie… FOR THE BEDROOM! I hate when women praise celeb women for their bodies but I have to admit that she HAS AN AMAZING shape, she’s very beautiful, her skin is flawless and her smile is pretty, but why does she feel the need to sell s**/her body. Her voice is powerful but this b**ch lip synced! She was very good at it, but you could tell because everything sounded too “perfect.” You would have heard breaths in between pauses while she was dancing and plus, the volume of the mic would have been louder. She’s got star quality though, and I’m surprised that she’s a great dancer. She’s already on the level of Beyonce and frankly, I like her voice better because it sounds professional.
Alex had done a gig in Marbella the night before and returned to the UK for morning radio interviews on Saturday.Give her a break even she is allowed a backing track once in a while.The audience loved the performance and she did a great job as per usual.
And she got something that Beyoncé doesn’t have: a soulful voice.

Very disappointed in Trent who has been on Twitter insulting Alex this morning.He really is very unprofessional and I do not understand why any black person would take to twitter as so many do just to insult other black people who are working hard and trying to do something with their lives.I know this is not the place but are we as a people so insecure we have to take our frustrations out on each other, leave that to Toya and racists.

Exactly! She’s made for R&B/Soul. She just need better material and i hope she’ll record with some hot r&b producers (Jim Jonsin, B. C**, Dupri, Toby Gad, Babyface, Darkchild) for the next album or when she’ll be more “free”.
