HE IS GOING TO SELL good, I THINK BETTER THAN DRAKE

i find it so funny how rappers or other people can push there albums back and dont recieve flack for it but when people like ciara and krowland do it they are going to flop and it is the end of the world for them.i find that to be very hyprotical and it shows just how much the haters pay them attention also!!!

anyways i still gonna cop that kanye and that basic instinct when they drop!!!!!

    Um… may I ask WHY?

  5. SVN August 7, 2010

W0W! I love how he talks about the abstract, that’s what I do when I write. Straight forward writing is so boring.

    @True Blue
Because Power is flopping on the charts

  7. Truthfully August 7, 2010

Oh kanye….i think i might be the only one not feeling the hype this time, dont get me wrong i luv some of his music and as always i was curious to hear power but i wasnt blown away not his best and the video was just…i dont know i really didnt see what was so epic or great about it….people think he will sell like before but dont forget the mtv thing. But who knows hopefully the next single will be great…why rush an album release with only 1 single out this is why most albums flop now a days.

@TAE are you really that stupid? Everyone is pushing their albums for a November release to capitalize of black Friday and holiday shoppers. haven’t you noticed how ridiculous the sales of albums go up around this time? it’s really not that hard to figure out.

  9. UGh August 7, 2010

yep everyone is pushing their album to November. November must be a great month to drop albums. Way to go Ye get us all hyped up then push back the album.

  10. tae August 7, 2010

stfu cause i clearly dindt say it was a bad move it is a great move im just saying i find it funny how people give up on female artists that do it but whenever a rapper does it it is ok so bish be gone i will be copping his new album whenever it drops.

  11. @truthfully August 7, 2010

Do you really think the MTV thing will affect his sales? Most of Kanye’s fans are black people and white hipsters who don’t give a damn about Taylor Swift. Her redneck fans never liked Kanye anyway. If his material is on point his sales will be fine.

I don’t know why people are surprised. Kanye always releases heater singles before releasing the huge mainstream banger. Power was never going to be a hit, it’s just around to get people hyped.

    ^^^^Exactly! Co-sign one million percent!

  13. EXPOSED August 7, 2010

THIS IS BOOOORRRING!! NOW THAT HE’S OPENING HIMSELF UP IN THE ONLINE SOCIAL NETWORKING WORLD HE’S PROVIDING A DIFFERENT IMAGE OF HIMSELF. KANYE ISNT A TOTAL JERK OFF AFTER ALL.

  14. Truthfully August 7, 2010

That is a very racial comment, saying all white people are rednecks. Kanye is luved by all races of people u think he wud have sold nearly a million copies in his first week with majority of his buyers being black. The mtv thing might have gotten people to see kanye in a different light but if his music is great no one will care but songs like power are far from his best and even fans or stans of his can admit that…i wish kanye the best but if his next single isnt a smash hit then i dont know…..

Kanye go on and do you thing and never mind the haters cuz they love you even more….lol!

  16. TOP NOTCH DIVA August 7, 2010

Kanye talk too much! I almost fell asleep! lol, j/p. I luv the music he put out but I wasn’t too impressed with his last album.

  17. thekiddz August 7, 2010

I loved how he described Flashing Lights. Can’t wait for the album.

  18. iLoveXtina August 7, 2010

I love this man. Can’t wait for his album to drop

  19. MUSIC LOVER August 7, 2010

I love Kanye West, but let’s get real. He is pushing it back because Taylor Swift is releasing her album in October. And whether you like her or not, you know her album will sell and remain in the top for some while.

  20. @music lover August 7, 2010

No he’s not, stop. If that was the case he would’ve kept the release date to get his album out of the way before Taylor’s. Don’t be nonsensical.

He’s pushing it back so that he has more time for promo. Also, November is the best month for album sales.

  21. The AlexanderTG August 7, 2010

Surely the kind of people who like Kanye’s music and the kind that like TS’s can’t have that much of an overlap – or is it just me that finds country music so darned annoying?

  22. Simply Phillip Brown August 7, 2010

Kanye is a genius, I mean listen to how creative this man is.

  23. konvinced4 August 7, 2010

    Creative Genius at its best

  24. CIARADABESS August 7, 2010

YASSSSSS KANYE IS GIVING IT TO ME!! I will be buying this record!!!!

  25. Sistah Souljer August 7, 2010

Power is flopping on the charts. Let’s not get it twisted.
The pushback is because there wasn’t any momentum from the 1st single.
That’s why he joined twitter and he’s doing ustreams to try and connect with his fans again after the Taylor Swift backlash.

  26. Duh August 7, 2010

Of course it’s flopping. It was never going to be a hit, there’s no hook. Kanye’s first singles are never huge. His next single will be the hit (and if not, then he’s truly in trouble). If he wanted to release in September, he wouldve needed to release Power back in April.

  27. NAS ( B Rockah Stan 4eva) August 7, 2010

Kanye will and always be a hit hence deal with it HATER!!!!!!!!!!!
