The Saturdays Perform ‘Missing You’ On ‘This Morning’

Published: Tuesday 10th Aug 2010 by Sam

With The Saturdays’ new single ‘Missing You’ currently set to be the group’s first number one (according to midweek figures), the ladies stopped by This Morning today for another promotional push.

Peep their performance of the dance-ballad below…

I see the ladies have upped the levels with the lip-syncing (this, despite insisting that they only sung live). In any case, kudos to them on the potential number one; ‘Missing You’ stands as one of their strongest efforts, and as a Pop song is refreshingly quite dark lyrically. Good stuff.

Your thoughts?

Listen to their Beggin and Ego acoustics on youtube.. they have talent. Well, Vanessa and Rochelle SLAY. The rest just look pretty.

Hope Missing You stays number 1… they seem pretty desperate for it.

Una, Rochelle and Vanessa are the Saturdays.

Mollie and Frankie are the greasy fry-up on the Sunday morning to cure your hangover.

‘Missing You’ is a clear country mile from “one of their strongest efforts”, (see ‘Higher’, ‘Ego’ and ‘Up’) but they really only have one competition this week – from Flo Rida.

And yes, they a far superior to Cheryl ‘Tabloid W****’ Cole, Sarah ‘This Flat Note Will Do’ Harding, Nadine ‘I’m Leaving’ Coyle, Nicola ‘The Consistantly Good One’ Roberts and Kimberley ‘I Shouldn’t Even Be Here’ Walsh.

The Saturdays > Girls Aloud > Sugababes 6.0

Woop! Hope it gets to #1. They deserve it. And for all the people saying they can’t sing…. your wrong. Yes there are 3 with stronger voices than the other 2 but they all can sing individually.
@WANNA-BES – excuse me but pussycat dolls are not a group. It is Nicole Sherzinger with a bunch of pretty faces running around.
@futurestarDELUX – it is a matter of opinion whether or not you think the song is their best or worst but to say they are worse than GA and the babes is stupid. In GA 1 can sing not 5. And she is the one no one likes; hence why they have f*cked her off. And the babes were good but have fell apart.
