So after all this time Ciara has yet to set a concrete release date? The chances of this album becoming the hit that she needs are dwindling everyday and showing such uncertainty is doing nothing to help the situation. Somebody in Ciara’s team needs to crack the whip or call 911 because the life of this project is slipping away.
