I really hope this single comes harder than ‘Breaking Point’, although that song had substance and showed growth, it was too boring and I knew it was gonna flop. To me it’s like “Energy’ part II. Now if her next single is a hot club banger like “Turnin Me On’ she should be alright. She is the type of artist that needs to get people’s attention first with a banger, rather than a ballad. ‘Breaking Point’, though a good song lyrically, just wasn’t enough to capture people’s attention.
I like Keri a lot. She is a decent vocalist and a great writer. I can tolerate her vocals as long as the music is hot. She just needs to prove herself as an ‘artist’ and start making hits for herself! Go Miss Keri! I am rooting for you!
