Pop rebel Ke$ha looks set to further silence her naysayers with the release of ‘Cannibal’ – a ‘companion’ to her Platinum selling debut ‘Animal’.

Featuring new productions from the likes of Max Martin, Dr Luke, and Bangladesh, the LP includes eight new songs, as well as remixes of the singer’s previous hits. The reincarnated album will be preceded by the single ‘We R Who We R’, which is set to première any day now.
Speaking on the record (due November), Ke$ha said:
“This year has been carnivorous and life-changing. I have my rowdy, gorgeous fans to thank for taking me on the ride of a lifetime. My only goal with this record is to keep them dancing. The songs on Cannibal were made to inspire people to ignore any hate or judgment and be themselves unapologetically. It’s the perfect companion to Animal and I hope you guys like it. And if you don’t like it – bite me.”
Granted the notion of Ke$ha’s music being in any way ‘inspiring’ is the funniest of punchlines; it’s important to give credit where it’s due. Labelled as just another GaGa-wannabe, the Autotune Advocate has gone on to sell almost a million albums domestically and double that worldwide. An impressive feat, considering other ‘Digital Singles Artists’ such as Jason Derulo struggle to translate their Hot 100 success into Billboard 200 sales.
Now, with a re-release on the horizon, Ms. Sebert (who actually writes her hits) looks set to add to such sales. More power to her!

I don’t see why people hate on this girl, at least she writes her own generic ass pop songs. If your favorite can make generic ass techno europop songs so can she see. She may limited talentwise, but at least she knows how to write catchy ass music that sticks to your head even if the lyrics are garbage.

I think KESHA is really tallented! She has score so many hits on billboard this year and she writes her own songs! I think her image and the fact she uses auto-tune is not so good for her to have respect from the people- that’s one thing she can can change!
