JLS Perform On X Factor

Published: Sunday 14th Nov 2010 by Sam

Pop pin-up’s JLS returned home to the X Factor stage tonight, giving their première live performance of new single ‘Love You More’.

Check out how the guys fared below…

Though the song will inevitably hit the top spot, the performance makes it hardly worthy. Sounding like a pack of howling wolves, the guys (bar Aston) really showed themselves up vocally (Ortise, most especially, with ‘that’ note). Limp, shrill, and lifeless, neither the stage spectacle nor audience/judge approval could distract from the fact they were crap.

Your thoughts?

I never understood the hype for these guys. I know they’re being marketed as another Boys 2 Men, but it doesn’t work for me. Honestly though, One Direction will outsell circles around these guys. With that said, they sounded fine, and I like this cheesy love song.

I don’t know what people who buy this music like about them at all. That performance, vocal wise and everything else was soo BASIC. Some of the guys needed their mics turned off. Please keep them in the UK.

The look so gayish! If they were gay I could understand but this DL s*** is getting ridiculous.

I cannot stand them! Performance was s*** as is many of these British artist. Prrftttt

JLShite is shite, WestLife were ok, Take That looks better as a foursome. I actually like their songs post break up pre Robbie. Prfftt

UK talent (or lack of) is appalling! No wonder the Americans drag us through the mud! Prrfttt

Wetslife are Irish and can sing. Standard – don’t get them twisted with UK acts.
