A new song from Christina Aguilera surfaced this morning. ‘The Beautiful People’ serves as the closing track of the ‘Burlesque’ soundtrack which hits stores on November 19th. Give it a listen below:
Aguilera went off in this song! Having heard it in several ads for the film I was intrigued by the beat but now that I have heard it in full I must agree that it is a clear winner.
She was in excellent vocal form and was singing with a lot more control than usual. Moreover, the Marilyn Manson sample suited the song and Aguilera’s new rough vocals perfectly. Excellent song!

I find is super funny that certaing people are too soft when their favorite artist are being attacked by others. Those are just opinions and everyone is entitled to them. I really love this song and I am looking forward in seeing the movie!!! I LOVE ME SOME, XTINA!!!!!!!

Wow…this song was just noisy. Trent your musical tastes are very questionable, heck all the songs off Rihanna’s Loud album sound better than this (even that horrible Cheers song)

Uh. She forgot to give credit to the band Yes for ripping off their song “I’ve seen all good people”. The verse sounds exactly like it.
You guys, I used to be completely obsessed with Christina. Her first three albums were fantastic. The self-titled album, Back to Basics, and Stripped were all masterpieces. She has an amazing voice and raw talent.
Good things aside:
Christina! What happened, girl? I was SO excited for the release of Bionic…I downloaded it to test it out before I bought it and I’m sure glad I didn’t pre-order it like I about did. It’s a horrible album! Christina sounds just terrible when she does house/techno music. It’s just not her style. That song she did with Nicki Minaj on it (Woohoo?) was okay, and the song she did with Peaches (My Girls) was okay too. There wasn’t anything really ASTOUNDING on the album. It was just overprocessed “bionic” trash. I’m excited for the release of Burlesque on DVD/Blu-Ray so I can watch it at home (I didn’t catch it in theaters), but Jesus CHRIST! This song is atrocious! I think it’s musical sacrilege to take an amazing Marilyn Manson song and turn it into this…it’s inhumane. Marilyn is probably saying “I’m going to kill this b**** for ruining my song…” Christina, get your ass back to your roots and leave the techno world alone. Daft Punk, DJ Mangoo, and deadmau5 don’t need you in their trademark genre.
