While tonight’s edition of the X Factor served up mundane in abundance, the real action took place immediately after on the programme’s sister show, the Xtra Factor.
During the staple ‘Your View’ segment of the show, a caller by the name of ‘Vicky’ proceeded to lay the smackdown on the show, its judges and producers, with the most brutal statements reserved for controversial contestant Katie Waissal.

Agree with the caller assessment ( even though I don’t get to see the contestants outside of the performances, I live in the US), and all the judges fully understand that if someone is in the bottom 4 times, chances are the public doesn’t like them and it may prove difficult to make her commercially successful, they obviously can’t say they are keeping her around for the attention she is giving the show.
Katie needs to wake up and realize that Simon and co. are probably using her to propel the success of the show, which may be detrimental to her actual career. I saw the look on Cheryl’s face when the caller directed the question to her- she looked slightly frightened, like she knew this question was coming and was more than happy to have Louis jump in.

Vicky is saying what everyone is thinking but not backing it up at all making it seem stupid and actually making people who are not sure about katie feel sorry for her.

I am suspicious as to how a caller would get on the show and be allowed to stay on the show without it being an inside job.

Wow I love the x factor its a great programme however this caller had some balls!! she said what a lot of people think already and the Judges didnt like it because they control the programme and they chose who stays and goes, its a complete fix, the public dont have the say at the moment the least votes (allegedly is voted by public cough cough) – then from the least popular two the Judges pick who stays!!
Its a fix that katie is still there, her and Wagner should have left ages ago! she has had bad performance after bad perfrormance and the Judges still support her and say shes good, do they lose their hearing when she comes on stage!!
To be fair the caller doesnt know Katie and none of us can comment on her personally only her singing, but she is voicing her opinion and she had a lot of truth
