Christina Aguilera didn’t only perform ‘Beautiful’ on today’s ‘X-Factor’ finale. The powerhouse singer also did a rendition of ‘Express’ from her recently released ‘Burlesque’ soundtrack. Peep her performance below:
Aguilera’s vocals were in fine form today however her dancing was not. She has gained a lot of weight and it has caused her to become quite sluggish on stage.
There is nothing wrong with Aguilera being a bit curvier than usual (especially considering the stress of a divorce and a rigorous promotional schedule) but she needs to learn how to dress the part and carry herself on stage. That is all.

WOOOOWW that is the xtina i fell in love with when i was just a lil kid!!! she killed it… and i love the song… its a bit stripped ish style… its alot better than the stuff from her last album… her vocals are still amazing! no one can say shes loosing her voice after that perfromance!!! We need this woman back in the charts to wash away the non talent whats taken over !!
I’m not being funny, but my nieces have been allowed to stay up to watch this, and I’m not sure what they will make of several girls gyrating about with suspenders and g-strings. I swear one of them was practically showing all her glory to the audience.
I loved it, but I’m a 36 year old bloke. I’m a bit surprised ITV allowed this though, considering the majority of the audience.
So what if shes put on some weight…. shes a singer not a model… show being so shallow…. you are really blinded by looks!!!

I don’t read the description to most of the posts anymore. It’s always so opinionated and bias. I love Christina curvier or slim. She just looks healthy now ain’t nothing wrong with that.

Whatever her talents (doesn’t do it for me), or her size – the fact is her attitude towards everybody else was disgusting. She made it very clear she considered everybody else to be ‘beneath’ her. At least the other celebrities acknowledged the acts they were duetting with. The problem is while all the headless sheep follow her around bleating about how wonderful she is, and nobody is putting her straight on basic manners, she is never going to change.
@sue actually she acknowledged Rebecca and was very sincere. WHat is she supposed do kiss their ass. She said nothing but nice things about Rebecca.

SLAYING SINCE 1999.
Yeah, she might have came over frosty and uncharitable (which she needs to address sharpish) with Rebecca but she snatched everyone’s wig with that vocal. Of course her frame looks sloppy at the moment and her image and styling are atrocious but you can’t romp with that voice and the energy and commitment she brings to her performances when it matters. IMO she could have worked a bit harder behind the scenes to look performance ready before she started promoting such dance heavy material but as long as she can sing like that I’m willing to forgive her the superficial shortcomings.

She did not look “overweight” to me as she was “puffy” much like you get when you are pregnant. That along with her costume choice I would bet she is pregnant.
