Not one for complacence, R&B star Keri Hilson is continuing along the promotional trail for her current hit ‘Pretty Girl Rock’. The singer, this week, stopped by the ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ show to perform the cut.

Yet another solid showing from Ms. Hilson. While I get the ‘ride the train till the wheels fall off’ approach to the song, I’m ready to see her perform more material from the ‘No Boys Allowed’ LP.

another good performance! She has a good label, they continue to giv her good promo! i wish she performed it like on ellen with the James Blunt “Youre Beautiful” mixed into it.
I’m going to take 2 guesses. First one is that because the album was poorly reviewed she doesn’t want to release another new single to taint the success the No Boys Allowed had. I know the CD is probably a figure of everyone’s imagination now and probably isn’t even on the charts anymore but I still think she should try and build the thing back up. Second one, she is looking for Grammy nominations of this song. The album is out. It won’t happen. I’m sure she knows that. But she is hoping to get nominations for this song at least. So she will continue to sing this song. How longs it been now. Months. We in Feb. It’s damn near over. With almost everybody planning to release albums this year she doesn’t want her music to get lost in the mix, so she is milking this one song for as long as she can with performances of it every few weeks.
Seen 1, you’ve seen them all. It really time to get on to the next Keri!

The reviews for this album have been mostly negative. Keri is still trying to find her place. I think the album is pretty solid but please let this song go.

I am SO over it, CHILE BYE! hahaha, she is pretty but this song been out since last summer, haha…POOR GIRL!
OMG what was that? This performance was horrible. She is a weak singer! I hate when she sings with so much “confidence” because it makes her voice sound worse. She sounded like a dog yelping with those pitchy high notes. And her “dancing” was atrocious. She just looks so stank when she moves her bony hips around with her p**** in the camera. I don’t understand why people say she’s pretty because she looks so old and like a parrot. That red lipstick wasn’t flattering on her either. I think she keeps on performing this song because “No Boys Allowed” only sold 190,000 copies after over 2 months of bring out and she’s trying to get sales for the album and at least get the single in the Top 20 but it’s not going to happen. It’s peak was 31! It’s only a Top 40 “hit” and keeps on sliding down the charts. The only reason why her label keeps on paying for her to be on these A list talk shows is because she’s under Polow da Don’s label /Interscope and is apart of The Clutch. Soon, Interscope will realize that she’s not meant to be a music artist and are going to drop her.

Who gives a damn how much Keri Hilson has sold! Keri is not apart of the closed controlled music industry “insiders group”! So what, she is still a good entertainer with actual range and depth to her voice. Her CD is quite good! We all know that R&B does not get the media respect it deserves.
