   There is definitely a lot to be said about an artist who uses their voices as an instrument, and one who sings – I think there’s a difference. When an artist uses the voice as an instrument it meshes well with other instruments in its key, but by the same token it can stand alone without any accompaniment without problem. Melanie definitely understands her instrument, and clearly shows that she does not need music to display the beauty and the emotion of vocal performance. I would love to hear her play around with her falsetto more, possibly even try more ballads, and I really enjoy her singing with an West-Indian accent. All in all, I am a fan through and through, and I will really enjoyed this clip. Wonderful job Melanie 🙂
