Former Danity Kane star Aubrey O’Day is back with new reality show ‘All About Aubrey’. The Oxygen show sees the ever-outspoken singer battling her way back into the music industry.
Initially a little cynical about this all, yours truly was pleasantly surprised with how legitimate Aubrey and the show come across. Put simply, this is essential viewing.

Dang! Aubrey got a show so she put EVRY one in her life on blast…..Mum, Dad, BFFs, D Woods (Ebony)…. just throwing EVRYbody under the bus.
Love her but hmmmmmm. I’ll still watch but the none music stuff is just blahhh.
I will be watching this tomorro on my lunch break. Totally addicted. Wish it was more about the music than all the staged drama between her friends.

Thought the same thing. You can tell they really didnt have a lot of material for this show so just like most reality shows they had to stage some things for interest.
Monicas show was the only show that has managed to keep integrity, successful relaunch an artist whilst concentrating on the musical process. She gave the viewer a chance to see the process without adding fluff to make it interesting……love her for that.
Yeah, Monica’s show was great. While we’re on the subject of trashy relaity shows – Keyshia’s was also good – except for her crazy sister. I find Fantasia’s family stuff pretty dire too.
OMG. This fake LA- wanna be, displaying ‘The Lifestyle’-concept of the show is so, so tiring.
For a reality show to work, there needs to be comedy.
There is no comedy in this.
Just taking a bath in full Make up, dressing up to look the part, s*** nights out and friends’ drama.
It is all so wannabe, so fake, so over the top, so useless and so unintelligent!
I LOVE HER but she needs a make over I wanna see a more fashion edgy look maybe more chopped straight hair and less make up damn stop caking it! but I reALLY want her to do well what kills it is her! and I hope the album isnt another danity kane album she needs “NEW LIFE”

She needs a make-UNDER. She’s covering up her beauty with the make-up. She needs to be reading some fashion magazines like B.O.N, I.D, Interview or even Vogue. plus, she needs to get fit and aim for a shape like beyonce because she says she doesn’t want to be 100 pounds and beyonce isn’t. But iam liking her the more i see of her. In this ep, she showed that she listened to the Dance coach because there was improvement in her dancing. However, she NEEDS to cut out the bad friends and stick with the new friend and the blond girl. The old Friend is bringing her down too much.

I liked the new girl in the first episode, but she seems like a b****. A sneaky, plotting b**** that is trying to get close to Aubrey to further her own damn agenda. Because let’s be real, if the friend of 15 years was really that s*****, after everything Aubrey went through (Making the Band, being dropped, weight gain, depression, etc) – when she had her “epiphany” and got rid of all of the negative people, that girl would have been one of the first things to go if she were one of them. But she obviously wasn’t. And if she acts stuck up and insecure, SO WHAT?! Most people are. And that b**** in the pink was OUT OF POCKET for taking a the boyfriend of a girl, who she doens’t even like, into the house for drinks. WTF? Then the “we’re not giving the good stuff to those Twitter people” seemed rude and shady as f***, and the fact that she specifically jumped onto the topic of the boyfriend and his relationship wasn’t random, she was digging for dirt – being a cold, calculating b****. And the boyfriend is in the wrong as well for going along with that b******* – who says “I cheated on my girlfriend in the past” to a b**** that she doesn’t even get along with, that you hardly know, and on INTERNATIONAL television? SMH, punk.
And you know full well that if those were black people, she would have got her ass BEAT and everyone would have approved. So she didn’t deserve a drink splash, she needed to be hit with the bottle. Ugh. Anyway, that’s my rant. LOL the end.
I love Aubrey! She’s a fantastic artist, that given the chance – will prove herself! The show is really entertaining … It’s everything I expected it to be. Aubrey has a big personality.

she’s easily the most “real” entertainer to get a reality series … like ever… so… i’m not gonna knock this show… she seems decently genuine since ep. 01. She has a new actual fan in me. I would love to see her succeed… and only because of this show and the way she comes across in it.
*by real i mean, she comes across as a normal human being not delving into some fabricated semi-scripted plot. Acting fake as hell for the viewing audience…

I definitely agree with most of you about this show can do so much better minus the extra fake drama scenes. I really just care about Aubrey trying to revamp her career. But she is loosing me every time because she is so shady. I dislike the fact that she threw Dawn and D. Woods out like that. Really I don’t hear of the other ladies from DK talking smack. And then she tweets Dawn, D Woods and Shannon later to wish them a happy anniversary since the release of Welcome to the Dollhouse album. I am so sorry Johnny but this girl is definitely a CELEBRITY she truly hasn’t won me over yet that she wants to be an artist.
