It was a smart-casual affair at Chris Lighty‘s upscale birthday bash this week. However, someone clearly didn’t pass the memo onto rapper Drake, who opted to rock a more ‘homely’ look.
The Young Money star, who has kept a low profile as of late, is said to be putting the finishing touches to his second studio album – which is pencilled-in for a late 2011 release.
Other attendees, who came out to celebrate with Lighty (Mariah Carey‘s manager) at Juilet, include BET VP Stephen Gill, Tank, and actor Shawn Wayans.
