Alicia Keys lent a helping hand in the fight against Aids recently when she attended the United Nations conference in her hometown of New York.
The ‘Karma‘ singer, who is the co-founder of ‘Keep A Child Alive’ charity, flexed her humanitarian muscles by delivering a powerful speech on the panel of “HIV Priorities for Positive Change: In Women’s Words”.

That’s my girl, I watched the live ustream, these women were all powerful speakers. Alicia is a one of a kind, her heart is just so huge and her knowledge and passion for the cause is astounding. Keep doing your thing Alicia, you are helping to save lives and that in itself is powerful, she is not just giving money, she is on the ground and in the midst.
@OKAY your small petty mind would never get it. I expect the hoodrats and the messy ghetto queens to harp on something that is none of their business and miss the point of what she did yesterday at the UN, it is so far over their heads, they live in the bottom and thats all that they can see and talk about. That speech was so powerful.
