If you thought you’d never get a chance to see yourself in a Beyonce video, think again. As has been making waves all across the net, the budding Pop icon has teamed up with our friends over at Celebuzz to create an alternate version of the ‘Best Thing I Never Had’ visual.
The video, whose parent single just earned the diva her latest top 20 entry, is said to be gearing up for a ‘matrimonial makeover’ featuring fan footage and photos.

I already told Kavion and Bey’Knight, but I was going to talk to you other 4 about a way to keep us all in contact aside from TGJ. It’s kind of a crazy idea, in my opinion, but some people on ATRL used this idea in the past and they keep in contact due to it. Anyway, my idea was that we could all get Tinychat accounts and use Tinychat to talk to each other. If you aren’t familiar with Tinychat, it’s basically a website where you can talk to people with text and/or webcams. Now I don’t have a webcam and neither does Kavion, so of course you wouldn’t have to use a webcam, but if you wanted to, I guess you could.
LOL, long rambling. But it’s just an idea because it’s another way to communicate aside from just TGJ.
It’s 7 AM here lmao. Isn’t it like the afternoon where y’all are?

Some parts would literally require me to explain it with visuals, but I’ll do my best.
It would start out like this: Bey a few days before the wedding, seeing her guy embracing another woman, but obviously he doesn’t see his fiancee watching from afar.
Then it cuts to her flashing back in high school being asked by the football player to go to the prom. And throughout the video, Bey is in a maze-like garden singing the song with the story of the video being played intermittently.
And on the wedding day, she continuously has doubts while preparing for the ceremony. She keeps flashing back to her prom, where we see her and her date show up, have fun, blah, blah blah. Then her date temporarily sneaks off to the bathroom with another girl, thinking he’s not noticed, but Bey sees him, and follows them (she catches them doing the obvious, but does nothing about it at first). Then we’re back to the wedding scene where she’s walking down the isle, looking more and more scared. Just as the “I do”s are being said, she just stops and runs out of her own wedding. Then it flashes back to high school once more with her and her date being crowned prom king and queen. She pulls the crown off and runs out of the place.
(I’m kind of loopy right now, so forgive me if it doesn’t completely make sense).

That’s almost exactly how I envisioned it. The maze-like garden part is genius. Mine tended to be a little darker, I wanted a scene where she’s driving a car away from the wedding and ends up in a lake front, kinda like a Halo underwater scene. And she spends the video singing as a ghost seeing all the things her finance has done and how he regrets not being faithful.

Yup! 😀 I was inspired by “Like You’ll Never See Me Again” and “All of Me”. We don’t really get to see a darker side of Bey, and I thought it would have been refreshing to see her in such a foreboding state, it would be a perfect contrast to a song that has so much confidence and sass. I would have cut the pointless lingerie scene and they didn’t do a good job with the Prom scene. The bridge was disappointing as well. Ultimately, the video was nothing more than extensive glamor shots.

My current idea for the EOT video is as follows:
The video opens with the beginning murmurs in an African town. The scene is dark and all that can be made out are some buildings and a street. Think of the setting of the city being like MJ’s “They Don’t Care About Us” video. Not the same city, but similar structure and buildings. As the murmurs at the beginning of the song get louder and the instruments come in (with actual instruments being seen and played in street corners, just no visible people), the sun comes up and the city begins to be revealed. The buildings, colorful flags everywhere, but no people. Then you see feet at the top of a staircase doing the moves Beyonce did at the beginning of the EOT Glastonbury performance, but only feet.

Then when the first lyric of “Come take my hand” explodes, the video cuts to Beyonce standing on a ledge overlooking the city and its beach, and the water. She is standing very high up, with grass and all sorts of plants (colorful) surrounding her). Then the rest of the song basically plays out with her on that ledge, walking around the city, dancing on the beach by the water, and in a desert as well dancing with a few back-up dancers (think RTW’s desert scene).

When i saw those sales…I was so upset that I went on a little rant…I called out alllll of Kelly’s bandwagon stans who were only here for Motivation’s success and not Kelly as as artist..They bashed everyone’s album sales because they had a R&B #1 song…instead of being proud of Kelly (like I was) for the song’s success , the bandwagon stans were here dissing everybody(lady gaga, keri hilson, ciara, beyonce, rihanna etc)…I bought the album though …I give it a 3.5/5
