Rising R&B star Miguel has been one of 2011’s most celebrated newcomers. With hits riding both Pop and R&B Billboard charts for weeks, he is hoping his sophomore release will keep up the momentum.
Our friends at VIBE and Rap-UpTV caught up with the ‘Quickie’ crooner and learned of more details about his sophomore album, his writing for R&B icon Usher’s next release, and his upcoming tour with British R&B belter Marsha Ambrosius.

what happened to his first album…..i didnt even know when it dropped….was it that bad now his talking about his second album……..
ohh nevermind just found out it came out long time ago and it only did 11k first week…and so far has only sold 230k .we need new rnb artists now….a shame miguel n lloyd suck.

That album is amazing from start to finish. Seriously you can listen to it and not skip a track! Agreed, you looks much better with facial hair. S*** actually.
I’m going to that tour. OMG Miguel AND Marsha Ambrosius? Damn that’s good music overload! I’ve seen him perform before and he’s a great performer. He has a Prince meets Elvis vibe. Marsha is just amazing her falsetto just leaves you speechless. If they add Jill Scott and Chrisette Michele, I’d be in music heaven!
