I think every one would agree that STARS should demonstrate a motivating amount of self-esteem (even if they have low self-esteem or the feel self-conscious, when in the spotlight they should seem strong and professional and make the audience beleive in the talent , I’m no beyonce Fan, but even she said off stage she is shy but on stage she is super proud and she looks like she know who she is and what she’s doing and that is what people are willing to spend money on, somebody who looks like they know what they’re doing and is consistent and has identified with a specific audience so you know whether to follow or not, Keri is all over the place and confusing, I don’t know what she’s aiming for or who she is or whether I can relate to her, because she’s all over the place.
