Sugababes Perform ‘Freedom’ For Sainsbury’s

Published: Sunday 11th Sep 2011 by Sam

Undeterred by the lack of radio play of their new single ‘Freedom’, the Sugababes took to the stage at Sainsbury’s Super Saturday yesterday to perform a unique version of the track.

Check out the ladies’ performance after the jump…

Annoyingly dead audience, however the performance was off the Richter thanks to Jade’s wonderfully indulgent power belting at the end. With each run, adlib, and over-shadow-the-other-two measure she’s enlists, she’s setting herself up quite well for whatever transpires in the aftermath of this line-up. Can’t blame her either.

@SUGALOVE Heidi sang amazingly, but her verse was edited. The ones that attended heard her verse, but the TV viewers didn’t.She should lose 3-4 pounds, though, that’s the only thing she’s letting me down about.

Back on topic, I’ve already watched this performance. However, their “proper” Super Saturday performance with a different arrangement (electric guitar too!) and all the verses included is out there on YouTube so if TGJ has time they might post that one, because it’s far superior.Even the crowd responds better! They also performed in another show but I don’t remember the name.
