I love this Essence cover. I have been waiting to see Kelly grace the cover of Essence magazine, and even though this is the annual hair issue, it will do. I got the first issue which featured Monica as the cover artist and I was looking for this issue in the store today but it was not there yet. I hope it will be on shelves soon because I will be buying it.
Her Cosmopolitan cover is nice too. It’s a body shot and her clothing (though scarce) is very cute. Kelly is showing off her bust and her abs, but still manages to pull off a more ’round the way girl’ vibe as opposed to s** kitten (like her Vibe cover and spread).
