As of October 23rd of this year, her single ‘Super Bass‘ has sold over 3 million copies, making it the top-selling digital single by female Hip Hop act.

Extending its lead as the highest selling digital single to be released by a female Rapper, the cut has received a number of beneficial promotional boosts in recent months.
To date, that video has received 17,948,174 views.
Quite interestingly, the record for the second highest selling digital single to be released by a Femcee is also held by Minaj for the song ‘Moment 4 Life’ which features Canadian Rapper Drake.
With her new album set for a 2012 release, there is no doubt that further releases will only serve to solidify her status as one of Pop’s more commercially viable upstarts.
