Undeterred by the 13,000 first week sales of his sophomore set ‘Future History’, Pop trier Jason Derulo took centre stage on the Ellen Degeneres show today in a bid to reignite interest.
There, the 22 year old served up a double showing – performing hits ‘It Girl’ and ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’.

While ‘It Girl’ wasn’t wholly offensive, the out-of-breath, “let me show you 5 dance moves at once” mess that was ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’ was.
For an artist so early in his journey, he clearly has more control over certain aspects of his career than he should. Because it’s impossible to believe anyone on payroll would actually let him go out like that.

Kidding aside, the performances weren’t awful at all until the absolute monstrosity that was the final “choreography”.He needs to understand that “less is more” is not just a cute phrase that bloggers say to impress, it’s TRUE.In his desperate effort to “slay”, “nail” and “kill” it, he ended up completely missing the point of what choreography is supossed to do.There was no synchronism and no true dance steps, just tricks to wow the audience and it was undeniably counterproductive…
However, he is extremely lucky to still get promo.It may help ‘Flopture History’ surpass 50k 😎

I know when she watch this later she will cry. who is checking for her at this time. She may have a song on the chart but her cd sold 15,000 in the first week it came out. the man has a talent and he utilizes it! His voice isn’t amazing, but he can still drop it like its hot when it matters. Check out his acoustic performances when he has more control over his voice because he isn’t moving around.
He also makes good chart music. Always commands your attention on every performance and those moves flow effortlessly from him. Stop hating and just take the performance for what it is at face value…jeez.
