    @ JJ FAN

Oh please, when WFL spends as many weeks at #1 as Rolling in the Deep has, and/or when her new CD sells over 10 million worldwide and spends the most weeks in the top 5 than any other album released this year, then we’ll talk about who’s “killin” the game! Better yet, when Rihanna gets her first #1 CD in the US, we’ll talk more!

I don’t give a f*** about where some monotonous, shallow-as-a-fish-bowl throwaway pop song sits on the charts because a bunch of 14 year old girls and gay boys are using their mommy’s debit card to download the s*** for 99¢ from iTunes. F*** WFL! LOL

All I know (and care about) is that MJB’s album sales are gonna f****** ANNIHILATE Rihanna’s when they go head to head! 😀

Of course this doesn’t compare nor does it sound worthy of being billed as a sequel to the original My Life album which remains a classic. However I think we all knew that the sequel was never going to live up to the original. As for the record itself it actually sounds hot. She definitely has more of an uptempo dance vibe mixed with urban R&B/Soul. Her version of Ain’t Nobody definitely sounds like a crossover hit waiting to happen. And actually now that I’ve heard more of the record, Ain’t Nobody sounds like it would have been the perfect song to lead off the album and should have been sent to Pop/Mainstream radio while either Why or Mr.Wrong should have been sent to Urban stations. Either way judging from the snippets it plays as a typical Mary circa 00s album which isn’t a bad thing.

I only listened to Love a Woman…and I love what I heard so far. It definitely makes up for Alicia Key’s “Put It In A Love Song” .
