The urban crowd REALLY has issues with Madonna, I wonder if it’s because she has literally outlasted all their heroes from the 80’s (male and female) either way there is some deep rooted hate and it’s just pathetic. I am the” urban crowd” and i like Madonna, her music isnt really urban though so its only natural that the majority of the “urban crowd” doesn’t resonate with her. No deep rooted hate, whether you love her or hater her ppl respect her, except maybe those she has been really nasty to like Cher, Mariah, and Janet. As for her collabo with younger stars is only natural…she has no definite talent so she feels she has to spice things up with antics such as this. Her career is based on her image, and that is something she wholly understands and manipulates. She is the Queen of Pop for a reason, and she rules with an iron fist but it will definitely be interesting to see how she fairs against the new crop: Gaga, Adele, Beyonce, and Rihanna.
So it’s OK for Madonna to do all this But IF Mariah who is 12 Years younger than her did anything like this you would have ran her into the ground!

Hard Candy was a successful album, the thing was that most of her fans were not happy because the album was like “FutureSex/LoveSounds” or “Blackout”, actually great albums if you ask me but we don’t want Madonna to do urban, she’s the Queen of the Dance Floor.
By the way “Confessions on a Dance Floor” is my second favorite album by Madge after “Ray of Light”.
