Where does it say that this was a fertility clinic??? We see her enter & exit a building. At best, we can guess there is a gyno in the building, since an already pregnant Kourtney K was leaving out. I doubt there is a story here & if there is, its Janet the Queen of keeping her private life private.

I pray she IS pregnant or she IS GOING to be pregnant. I really think she needs a baby time is not on her side and we all know it. I think she should have a baby next year while writing for the up coming album words is she already has hit the studio.
she might be there for 2 reasons @sam , and being pregnant is not one of them
1. to see if she is starting her ” menopause” days , you know to do some lab tests for estrogen and all !
and also to see if she can ” be pregnant” or not in the first place.
2. visiting a friend as someone else said . ( which i doubt) !!

This was disturbing to watch. How are these paparazzi’s following The Queen and Kourtney around like that during private moments, and then demanding answers from them? “What do you think about that Kourtney?
