2012 is certainly shaping up to be a busy year for a certain R&B bad boy. Already gaining ground for his highly anticipated, ‘Strip’– led 5th LP ‘Fortune’ (the followup to 2011’s ‘F.A.M.E.’), fans were recently set abuzz by the mere mention of ‘She Ain’t You’ singer Chris Brown‘s attendance at this year’s Grammys (as former girlfriend Rihanna is set to perform). Now, E! Online reports that the Virginian will hit the stage at the ceremony in support of his forthcoming effort.
If such news prove true Brown would be joining a list of performers that already includes Nicki Minaj, The Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, and, of course, Rihanna. The inclusion of the latter’s name on the bill is certainly to cause quite a stir as the two have seen frequent reports surface over the last weeks of their coincidental same location appearances.

I was waiting for this news, because I notice the Grammys didn’t have not one R & B artist to perform this year, I was hoping that they would ask CB. I am so excited for the Grammys. I know Cb will be great and you know its going to be crazy with the media, because this will be the first time CB and Rihanna will be in the same building at the same time.
Hopefully his performance won’t consist of the usual lip-syncing and choreography…he needs to change it up…

Totally saw this coming! No surprise what so ever! He’s performed at basically every other major award show the past year so I naturally expected the Grammy’s to ask to perform as well. They know he will bring in ratings and I am sure they are trying to capitalize off the fact thet both he and lil miss forehead will both be in attendance.
Either way it works for him because it will be promo for his album and new single. Even though I am NOT feeling his new single it’s just the type of promo he needs so he is gonna have to kill it! I just hope he slays his performance.
