Watch: Madonna & M.I.A. Make Moves In the Studio

Tonight saw the highly anticipated second half of ABC’s 2-part interview with pop queen Madonna.  Crafting a nearly three decade long career off capturing public attention (for controversy as much as catchy hits), it’s safe to say the 53-year-old hitmaker is using the buzz drummed up for her stinging comments on Lady Gaga to segue into an intro for ‘MDNA’ – her forthcoming album.

Already making headlines for enlisting Sri Lankan singer/rapper M.I.A. and ‘Moment 4 Life’ rapstress Nicki Minaj for the album’s lead single ‘Give Me All Your Love’, ABC was given an chance to attend a private recording session involving the former and Madge.  The visual is a very intimately set showing as the two work to craft what Madonna is indeed hoping will be her next monster hit.

    Yeah I was thinking the same thing… I think Madonna was talking about the director Roman Polanski….. not Nicki’s alter ego.

    But everyone makes mistake…its ok. Just fix it

  4. Aunt Jackie January 14, 2012

    Yeah, she was def talking about the director because she was directing M.I.A.

    LOVE that bish Madonna.

  5. Forever Animal January 14, 2012

    I dont see this song being a hit at all. I think it will debut high but flop off the charts quickly like GaGa’s Judas did

  6. dang January 14, 2012

    Is that the song playing? It sounds hideous. Who’s reductive now, Madonna?

  7. Queen of Pop January 14, 2012

    @DANG
    At least she didn’t rip off a legends classic song and then lie to the world saying that legend’s camp sent her an email saying they supported the swagger jacking.

  8. White girl mob January 14, 2012

    These 3 H** positive h*** are irrelevant in the music industry to me. Madonna you should have added kreayshawn she would have this single on billboards at top 10 that how kreayshawn is she is a boss in the studio.

    Nicki and m.i.a. Won’t bring nothing new to the table far as hits go kreayshawn is the one to go to for that Gucci Gucci single got the streets on fire that’s how big that single is

    She one hard working girl

    Beyonce, rihanna, nicki Minaj, brandy,

    They all weak people go to kreayshawn for hits

  9. Perry Power January 14, 2012

    I sure hope that the song you hear in the background is not the actual single…

  10. YOOSONDALOOSE January 14, 2012

    Madonna & M.I.A that is one of the best matches ever!

  11. morgat January 14, 2012

    The song we can hear in the baCkgroud is called “Birthday song” and be realased on the new album but won’t be the first single.

  12. JohnVidal January 14, 2012

    I just hope the album is great or at least good. The titles of the songs are promising. But the single could be called crap if it is like what we heard a month ago

  13. Diane January 14, 2012

    So it’s okay for Madonna to be miffed about Lady Gaga stealing her swag but Lil Kim can’t be miffed at Nicki Minaj, who also takes shots at Lil Kim in her records. Go to hell!

  14. Yo MAMA January 14, 2012

    If that’s part of the new track from her album, it sucks!! That’s like chords from 60’s beach boys s*** – na-na-nah… na-na-na-na-nahhh. YAWN. This track is gonna fail…

  15. S*** (U MAD?) January 14, 2012

    F*** MOO-Donna!

    Her and CACA are STR8 GARBAGE!

    Moo-donna is only famous because of her “Gimmicks”

    Beyonce

    Singing 6/5
    Dancing 5.5/5
    Music 5.8/5

    Overall FAR ABOVE AVG.

    CACA

    Singing 0/5 That *noise* that come out your throat is not singing.
    Dancing -1/5
    Music 0.1/5 and that’s being GENEROUS 😉

    Overall FAR BELOW AVG.

    MOO-DONNA

    Singing 0.5/5
    Dancing 1/5
    Music -1/5 and that’s being GENEROUS 😉 Madonna’s music was GENEROUS.

    Overall FAR BELOW AVG.

    Tranet

    Singing 0/5
    Dancing 2/5

    Overall BELOW AVG.

    I’m not even a Tranet stan but I MUCH RATHER watch her than to go to a FAKE-donna or as Caca concert full of GIMMICKS.Proof that BLK artists are better.

    Run The World(Girls)>>>>>>>>>>>>>FAKE-donna’s and CACA’S entire discography.

  16. Minajesty January 14, 2012

    @whitegirlmob

    Kreayshawn has yet to have a top 50 single, let alone a top 10. while MIA and Nicki Minaj have both had top 5 singles on the hot 100. stay mad.

  17. Gucci Gucci January 14, 2012

    @Minajesty
    Kreayshawn has only released one single to radio. Gucci Gucci peaked at #57 with no promo, no flashy video produced by one of the best, no buzz from collaborating with musics biggest, and no major label behind it. Nicki had all that with Massive Attack and it still didnt chart

  18. Onyx January 14, 2012

    Is call Birthday Song and the lead single is Gimme All Your Luvin’…….

  19. arob January 14, 2012

    @Gucci Gucci you brought up one of Nicki’s singles that did not perform well. What about the rest? haha Kreayshawn is overrated, everyone from California knows that now. She will be a one hit wonder, and that is it. She has no flow, and she is a joke to Rap music.

  20. Minajesty January 14, 2012

    @Gucci Gucci yes, but at the end of the day you said if Kreayshawn collaborated with Madonna she would get a top 10 hit but not with nicki or mia. i disproved your point because nicki minaj and mia have had top 5 singles and kreayshawn doesnt even have a top 50 hit. Madonna probably doesnt even know who kreayflop is.

  21. Gucci Gucci January 14, 2012

    @Minajesty
    Umm me and @White Girl Mob are two different people dumbass. I didnt disprove anything. And Kreayflop? Really? Get some orginality for you and your fave and grow the f*** up.

    @AROB
    I brought up Massive Attack because it was Nicki’s debut single, just like Gucci Gucci is Kreayshawn’s 1st single. It wouldn’t make sense to compare it to any other Nicki song. How can you tell Kreayshawn is a one hit wonder when she has only released one song to radio as I’ve already said?

  22. White girl mob January 14, 2012

    Damn everybody got kreayshawn name in they mouth now that’s what I’m talkin bout gucci Gucci this and Gucci Gucci that even got teamminaj all over her like damn clam down s*** we all know kreayshawn is the greatest female rapper of all time s*** young money should have sign her

  23. kim January 14, 2012

    F*** THIS 100 YEAR W**** SHE NEEDS YOUNGER ARTISTS TO STAY RELEVANT OLD GAPPED TOOTH B****

  24. Robin Marzano February 8, 2012

    I do agree with all the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They are really convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are too short for starters. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
