The R&B singer couldn’t hide his emotions as he and sister Brandy tried to celebrate her 33rd birthday at Ne-Yo’s Pre-Grammy Midnight Brunch.
Recent years have seen the ‘One Wish’ singer spotted frequently with Houston, however neither ever commented on the nature of the relationship.

I wasn’t really a Ray J fan but I grew to like him over the past few years. In my eyes what really made him admirable was his respect for Whitney Houston. Even during her low points in her life, whenever Ray J. was questioned (from the media) about Whitney he always had good & respectful things to say about her.
