I’m from the US and “Talk That Talk” was already released as the third single in January, its been sent to urban and mainstream radio. “Birthday Cake (Remix)” featuring Chris Brown will be released as the fourth single on March 6th via urban radio.
So, is “Where Have You Been” the third single in Europe and the fitfth in the US?

YEEESSS!!! This is my favorite song on the album alongside with ‘Cockiness’!! I’m so glad she’s going to release it. But I would like her to release the video for ‘TTT’ first. I’m not a big fan of that song, but it’s already rising in the Hot 100, so delaying the video would mean the song’s chart run is doomed.
