Starring as Petty Officer Cora Raikes, the Peter Berg directed movie is receiving the promotional treatment of late in a bid to rake in blockbuster sales worthy of its $200 million budget.

Watch this movie become a blockbuster hit. She should star in The Bodyguard sequel and put out a song like “Russian Roulette” again.
It’s the perfect film for her to be in. An overproduced, formulaic, stupid copy of a copy. Did you think she was going to be in little indie films where she actually has to act? Yeah Right! Another big budget flop is on the way (for the U.S.) that will recoup it’s money overseas. Boo.
I’d love to see her in a comedy, being silly and having a good time..but obviously, that isn’t going to happen, because she probably can’t act for s***.
I think it’ll be interesting to see how well she does in this movie. I just want validation that she’s in there because she’s talented, not just “because she Rihanna”. S/N I’m not sure if it’s the hair, but I’m not digging the way she looks in the video. Maybe she’s tired?

Man everything this chick touches turns to gold and you
will deal. This movie , the game has been around like
forever and the producer should know something about
movies and how this works since he did hancock, transformers
and the like. One thing is for sure win or loose rihanna is in it
and she will go down with the ship if it fails but just know that
these fellows has the know how to do it to till the cows come
home and they don’t have to ask for any of your opinions or
permission. Hold your breath for this flick to fail, since she is
included in the big budget project.

And while i and others or mindful that just because a movie is a
big budget movies do not mean it is always going to do what its
supposed to do. Slum dog,,, was low budget movie that did better
than many of the big budget movies. But lames don’t it just p***
you off to the highest degree to know she is in this mofo, though.

Its crazy i cant understand why some of ya r really mad at her for working n if the movie is bad so what many singers who transition from music to movies dont do as well but at least shes willing to try and leave her comfort zone give credit good or bad shes trying
