I’m getting tired of hearing about Rita Ora. She’s a great vocalist, but her music and image brings nothing fresh to the table. I think she’s just a singer, not an artist.
Well I think you’re wrong. She’s a songwriter and a singer; how the hell is she not an artist? The girl has been out for 5 months and has two number 1s already, how much more can she bring to the table than two hit singles?? Funny how being a great vocalist is characterized as “bringing nothing new; yet we have award shows and concerts with artists lipsnyching and not singing; or singing terribly. So if you can sing, that doesn’t matter?? I guess every new artist has to be groundbreaking when the first come out. Give her time. Nobody was fully formed when they first came out. It takes years to hone your craft. Adele, Bey, Rih, hell even the greats take time. The Rita we see today will become better, and her sound will be perfected; but it takes years.
She’s great, like her more with every performance.
I really love this woman. She has such a strong voice and great engery. Three songs I heard already and I love them all. I bet that album is going to be the bomb.

I read all these comments, she’s hot, she can sing, she has style but i’m the only one here that don’t see all those things in her, there is something missing.
Some people get attached to bad performances so they don’t know the different between someone who can perform and have a great voice. Maybe if she sings half naked you would be able to see her talent.
But Rita don’s have to perform half naked because she has a very nice clear strong voice.

She’s a cool chick, who doesn’t start drama, and has respect; for those who are established in the business. Plus I know that they have known each other for years. Okay, so i watched the preformance, and was thinking….. She sounded like Alexandra Burke and time so i came to the conclusion that Alex would’ve easily ben able to sing this whilst throwing in a routine. In previous performances she’s reminded me of Pixie Lott vocally, so someone tell me exactly what is the hype!? Yep she can sing, and she has a stylist… i’m personally finding the music bland….

That performance was DRY as f***, especially for a dance record.
She had no connection with the dancers, audience, and hoped her ass on that table for what reason exactly?? because she sure as hell didn’t interact with the people at the table either. Far as her voice, it was “meh” didnt really stand out nor give me any type of life…but its a dance record, not a ballad so its whatever on that front.
