her got debut album 91% on metacrictic, i actually bought her album..it’s pretty amazing but she’s so underrated. i can’ wait for her new project..i hope she gets the recognition she deserves esp at the grammys

I liked a couple of her songs but i never really got the hype around her music , i listed to all her albums and i couldn’t get into her music i guess shes an acquired taste like prince or the weeknd

I totally agree. “The ArchAndroid” was unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. It sounds like a soundtrack to a movie. I love every cut on that album and wish it had done better than it did. Real instruments were used (which is something you rarely see in African-American music nowadays) and the lyrics were bananas! I’m so looking forward to her new album.

That first album was amazingly good! Cant wait for some new music, she is one of the most energetic and dynamic performers out.
I was just singing one of her songs yesterday and thinking to myself …When is she going to drop another album??? Well now I know and I ‘m glad.
I have both of her previous albums which were amazing. She is so talented and different from the usual stuff that is out there.
Jonelle and Kelis are my favorite artists. Both are underrated yet more talented than all of the commercial acts out there.
