Why is she not happening in USA? Because she hasn’t had any U.S. TV performance yet.
Jessie J, One DIrection, The Wanted and even Adele just became known in US when they had a live performance on popular TV shows. Rita didn’t have that oportunity yet (what proves Jay-Z doesn’t buy her anything), they’re just focusing on Web promotion and ZERO on TV.
